Booking Terms and Conditions

At Face Factor, we value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made online through our website facefactor.com.au or via the Fresha app. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Punctuality

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, please let us know. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure our next client is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances require you to change your plans. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Changes with more than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule your appointment, or cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Changes with less than 24 hours' notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may forfeit your deposit. This will be determined at the sole discretion of Face Factor.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited.

This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can manage your booking through the Fresha app or by emailing us at info@facefactor.com.au. Please do not reply to automated appointment reminders to make changes.

Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.

Health & Safety

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment when making your booking. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your health status.

Promotions

All promotional offers are limited to one per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
